Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, responding promptly via email and chat.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, walking them through our products and services.
- Gather and document client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Help track client satisfaction metrics and report on key insights to suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and marketing, to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Support customer success initiatives by maintaining client records and assisting with routine follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Proactive in managing tasks, following up with clients, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A friendly, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with client management tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot) is a bonus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Weekly Commitment: 10-20 hours per week
- Compensation: Unpaid (with potential for full-time employment based on performance)
